Quick Policy Highlights

  • No Returns – Reprints Only: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • File Requirements: 300 dpi, CMYK, PDF or JPEG (raster), AI/EPS/SVG (vector).

  • Inspection Required: All orders must be checked upon delivery or pick-up.

  • Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up within 7 days may be recycled or donated.

  • Price Match Guarantee: We will match (and beat by 10%) any valid competitor quote from print shops in Manhattan, from Central Park to Battery Park.

Ordering & Personalization

  • All items offered through RushCopier.com and its affiliate websites are available for custom personalization.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including sizes, colors, styles, and personalization instructions.
  • Once an order is submitted, work typically begins immediately. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

File Submission Requirements

To ensure the best possible results, customers must provide artwork files in the proper format:

  • Resolution: Minimum of 300 dpi at the exact personalization size.
  • Color Mode: CMYK (not RGB).
  • Bleed: Required if artwork extends to the edge of the product.
  • Accepted Raster Formats: PDF or JPEG — typically used for paper and card products such as business cards, flyers, postcards, and brochures.
  • Accepted Vector Formats: AI, EPS, or SVG — typically required for plotter cutting, vinyl graphics, large signage, or specialty personalization methods.

Failure to submit files according to these specifications may result in delays, additional charges, or compromised quality.

Proofs & Approvals

  • Digital proofs may be provided upon request before production.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs carefully.
  • Once approved, RushCopier is not responsible for errors (such as typos, layout, or design issues) that were visible in the proof.

Production Timelines & Rush Service

Our standard production timeline is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on order complexity, supplier availability, and volume.

For faster turnaround, we offer Rush Service at additional cost:

  • Same-Day Service
  • Next-Day Service
  • 1–3 Day Turnaround
  • Overnight Service (when available)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders follow the standard 1–3 week timeline. Rush fees may apply for expedited service.

Quality Commitment

We stand by the quality of our personalized products. Every order goes through a quality assurance process before being shipped or made available for pick-up. If there are issues caused by errors on our end, we will make it right through our Reprint Guarantee.

No Returns – Reprints Only

Because every product is made-to-order and personalized, RushCopier.com and its affiliate websites do not accept returns or refunds. Instead, we offer reprints in the following cases:

  • Incorrect personalization compared to approved order details.
  • Wrong product, size, or color sent.
  • Defective items or damage upon delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery or Pick-Up

All customers are required to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery or pick-up. If there is a problem with the order, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their products. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a reprint.

Orders that are not picked up within 7 days may, at our discretion, be recycled, repurposed, or donated without refund.

Color Matching Policy

Please note that standard personalization methods may result in slight variations in color tones compared to digital previews or previously produced items. This is normal and not considered a defect.

For customers requiring exact color matching, we offer PMS Pantone color matching services for an additional fee. Pantone matching must be requested at the time of order, as it is not included in standard production.

Price Match Guarantee

RushCopier is proud to offer a Price Match Guarantee for our customers in Manhattan, from Central Park to Battery Park. If you receive a valid written estimate or quote from another print shop within this area, we will:

  1. Review the estimate on official company letterhead or with a verifiable company header.
  2. Contact the competitor directly to confirm the validity of the quote.
  3. If the services and specifications match ours, we will gladly match their price — and beat it by 10%.

This guarantee ensures you always get the best value with RushCopier, without sacrificing quality or service.

What Is Not Covered

We cannot provide reprints for:

  • Customer errors in spelling, sizes, or personalization details submitted.
  • Normal wear and tear of products.
  • Color differences due to not selecting PMS Pantone matching.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
  • Errors that were visible on and approved in the proof.

Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing provided through RushCopier.com and its affiliate websites is based on product type, brand, and personalization method.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if supplier pricing changes.
  • Full payment is required before an order enters production.
  • At our discretion, we may require customers to submit a credit card authorization form, along with a copy of a valid state-issued ID and a copy of the credit card used for payment. These measures are taken to prevent fraud and protect both the customer and our business.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines vary based on product availability and personalization requirements.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside of our control.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or personalization requests, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the content provided. RushCopier.com and its affiliate websites are not liable for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-submitted designs.

Limitation of Liability

RushCopier.com and its affiliate websites are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our websites, catalogs, or personalized products. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed.
