At Rush Copier, we have always believed that a neighborhood business should serve more than just customers. It should serve the community that surrounds it. Our shop began with humble beginnings, and we understand firsthand how difficult it can be to get started when resources are limited.
For that reason, we are introducing a small but meaningful initiative designed to remove at least one barrier for young people who are trying to move forward.
Free Basic Print Access for the Community
If you are in the neighborhood and need up to 3 simple computer printouts or copies one sided (color or b&w), stop by our shop between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Whether it is a document, a form, a ticket, or something important you need printed quickly, we will print a couple of basic prints free of charge. No purchase required.
Sometimes a single printed page can make the difference in a busy day, and we want to make sure that access to something so simple is never out of reach.
The Young Entrepreneur Print Grant
The second part of this program is something we are especially proud of.
We have launched a Young Entrepreneur Print Grant, designed to support students and young individuals who are trying to start something of their own but may not yet have the financial means to invest in marketing materials.
Starting a business, promoting a project, or launching an idea often begins with something simple: a flyer, a T-shirt, a poster, or a business card. These small tools can help someone take their first step toward something bigger.
Through this initiative, eligible participants may receive one free starter print package, choosing from one of the following:

1 Custom T-Shirt (single color HTV)

10 Letter-Size Flyers

25 Postcards (4 × 6)

3 Posters (12 × 18)
While this may be a small gesture in the world of commercial printing-specially with our customer base but we believe that even a small push can help someone move an idea forward.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Young Entrepreneur Print Grant, applicants must:

Be 21 years old or younger

Provide valid proof of low-income status in New York City (examples include NYCHA documentation, recent pay stubs, unemployment documentation, public assistance verification, or W-2 forms)

Be currently enrolled in high school, college, or actively serving in the military
Turnaround and Delivery
Once approved, printing will be completed within 1–3 business days.
For added convenience, we will also ship the finished materials via UPS at no cost.
Why We Are Doing This
Rush Copier primarily operates as a commercial B2B print shop, serving businesses across New York City. But our roots are local, and we know that starting something new when you are young and still building your financial footing is not always easy.
A set of business cards can help someone land their first client.
A flyer can launch a side project.
A poster can bring attention to a student initiative.
Sometimes the smallest resources create the biggest opportunities.
We hope this program encourages young people in our community to pursue their ideas, start something meaningful, and continue building the entrepreneurial spirit that makes New York City special.
