File Submission Guidelines:

• We accept print-ready files in formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, and EPS

• Files should include bleeds and crop marks when applicable

• If you’re unsure how to prepare your file, we’re happy to assist with setup or review it for you before printing

Proofing Options:

• Digital PDF proof available via email upon request before production begins

• Hard copy proof available for color-critical or high-volume orders (additional time and cost may apply)

Delivery & Pickup:

• Pickup is available directly from our Manhattan location during standard business hours Monday through Friday

• Local courier delivery available in NYC

• Overnight and expedited shipping available for regional and national as well as international orders from UPS and FedEx

Support Availability:

• Our shop is open Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturdays
